Helen Morriss

Helen is a specialist planning, development and environmental lawyer who advises and assists clients with:

• complex development projects;

• planning and environmental due diligence;

• planning and environment compliance and regulatory matters;

• drafting Infrastructure/External Works Agreements and Land Management Agreements; and

• planning appeals in the Environment, Resources and Development Court; and

• judicial review of planning and other council decisions.

Helen is also a member of the Property Council of Australia (SA) Future Leaders Committee.

Helen has a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice (Honours) from Flinders University and a Bachelor of Music (Classical Performance – Violin) from the University of Adelaide.
