Lucy Dillon


Senior Associate

Lucy is a specialist planning, development and environmental lawyer and works with clients to advance projects including advising on and delivering application strategies for contentious or complex developments and representing clients at Council Assessment Panel and State Commission Assessment Panel meetings and in the Environment, Resources and Development Court.

 

Lucy is also experienced in infrastructure and projects, pollution licensing and environmental approvals, Strata and Community Corporation disputes, native vegetation and significant tree clearance, and local government and administrative law.

 

Lucy is a member of the Property Council of Australia (SA) Residential Development Committee and was recognised in the Doyle’s Guide 2024 Planning & Environment Law Rising Stars. 

 

Lucy has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of Adelaide, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. Prior to commencing private practice Lucy spent 18 months as an Associate in the Supreme Court of South Australia.
